Since 2018, Desert Salon has been held annually in Joshua Tree, CA. Attendees have worked on novels, short stories, screenplays, essays, poetry, and more. Projects developed at Desert Salon have appeared in national magazines, literary magazines, anthologies, podcast episodes, and books.
Both emerging and established writers are invited to apply.
